President should not be taking shots at an American business.
With President Donald Trump's recent attack against online retailer Amazon.com, I have to wonder how long the concept of free enterprise will last in this country ("Amazon again in Trump's cross hairs," Reading Eagle, April 1).
It is anyone's right to be personally disturbed about a company, its CEO and its way of doing business. But the second our president begins exercising the power of the federal government to damage that business, he'll be stepping over a precipitous red line.
Attacks on Amazon are inappropriate
